Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to consultancy services provided by Chreia AI, a product of Carderra Ltd. By booking an engagement with us you agree to them.
2. Our services
We provide AI consultancy for small and medium businesses, including half-day orientations, full-day audits, workflow diagnostics and pilot delivery. The scope, duration and fee for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Our AI readiness scorecard is a free self-assessment tool. It runs in your browser and provides general guidance only, not tailored professional advice.
3. Bookings, fees and payment
Fees are quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Unless we agree different terms in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to reschedule work where fees remain unpaid.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to move a booked session, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to find a new date. Cancellation terms for each engagement are set out in the written confirmation for that engagement.
5. Your responsibilities
To get value from an engagement you agree to give us reasonable access to the people, tools and information we need, and to make sure you have the right to share any data you give us.
6. Recommendations and outcomes
Our deliverables are recommendations based on the information available to us at the time. Decisions about whether and how to implement them remain yours, and we do not guarantee specific commercial results.
7. Intellectual property
Our website content, frameworks, templates and materials remain our property. On payment you receive a licence to use the deliverables we produce for you within your own business.
8. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement. We expect the same treatment of our non-public materials.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
